ok just watched ep 6 and I must say this series just seems hilarious at times. but at the same time wtf...

that head in the jar kinda looked like Sunohana's friend but I could easily be mistaken. Though I'm now speculating that her head or someone else's head was removed and replaced with that girl's head who is now walking around with Seiji. Odds are also that the mysterious head or person is Selty's head but it still leaves me thing wtf as replacing a head and having the person still living is just bizarre even for fantasy.

Gotta love the shameless promotion of the animtion companies other series in ep7. There's posters for Petit Corsette, Darker than Black 2, Baccano, Cencoroll and not sure what the 5th was.
